Hi,
Im staying at 2/149d.I have two little puppies( a toy poodle n shiszu).Every nite i take them for a walk.2 days ago, one owner , whom had a big street dog , took his dog for walk without any latch/ chain.Tht dog chased me and my small puppy n bite my puppy and me.Now my poddle is in clinic-went thru 2 operations.The ireresponsible man ran away n hid himself.
I have made police reports.I urge, any of you , if come across a man whom takes dog for walk in his motor bike..he does not chain the dog…pls let me know..i need to teach a lesson to this man who has got no human values.
The police is also in search of him.Pls assist.

Whats the color of his dog? Where is 2/149D? Let's bring this loser to justice! He didnt even try to pull his dog away? He must be living nearby.
If anybody sees him, please take his photo and post it here as well.

he is a chinese guy-a bit bald in front.
he lives in Zon M ( opposite KK supermart)
He has a street dog, big brown, and he normally chases the dog in his motorbike.. ( his style of taking dog for walk)-the dog is very fierce, n bites anyone…
my dog still admited-results will know in 2 days only:(

omg he juz ran when his dog bite ur puppy? y dont u take a big stick n whack his dog? since he wont care abt it…
how's ur poor puppy :( hope its recovering

i found the owner.He refused to pay my dogs medical bills which came up to RM850.00.I have lodged a report to DBKL, and plan to summon him.
My dog is recovering at the moment.

Dear Mohana,
I will let you know if i see this guy. But on the other side , my wife and my 1years old son nearly bike by a dog live opposite my house.This is not the first time the dog had attack my family member. Its had no license and believed this is a crazy sick dog. Even a guy like me holding a iron stick , it would try to attack!! I know one day the dog will hurt someone if no one take action.
Please guide me,mohana or anyone who read this. I love have a good relation ship with my neigbour. I don't want them to hate me if i ask the gov to catch their dog.What to do…..:unsure::

I guess i understand your situation,wher do u live by the way?
In my case, what i exactly did was- i met the owner of the dog directly , and spoke to him.Advised him that his dog is dangerous and have even bitten a boy in the neighbourhood.He did not seem to bother and in fact , he still leaves his dog running loose.
I have lodged a police report, and have submited to the DBKL-( its in Kuchai lama).Normally if u have lodged a report, the police will go and have a talk to him, despite the advise, if he still lets his dog like tht, than its best tht u complain to DBKL.

Last time I duduk Cheras sana… same case, my friend and his family got bitten by dog, until kena sticthes. Very ganas the dog, the owner lagi ganas tak mau mengaku salah, didn't want to pay for bills, kurang ajar, etc.
TO put a long story short, friend tak puas hati, friend toss poisoned meat into the yard, dog eats, 2 days later dog dies a terrible death, friend sends letter of "congratulations" at the gate.
This case is a bit extreme of course…

In every manner the owner of the dog is responsible & your friend shud bring it to the authority & the bastard shud be heavily fine. Your friend can go to jail for animal cruelty for poisoning the dog & it a coward way to deal with the situation. The dog is innocent it is the owner fault that he behave in this manner. I'm totally against animal cruelty.
