Intend to buy an apartment or single storey house with 24 hours guard system around Sri Petaling area, KL OR walking distance LRT Stationsin Petaling Jaya.
What I'm looking for:-
1. RM140,000 and below depending on condition and size
2. Preferably 3 bedrooms, 750 sq feet & above
3. Best if location is around 15 mins walking distance to shop lots
4. Damaged or un-renovated unit is fine, as long as no previous 'unlucky' cases
5. Prefer apartment area to be suitable for Chinese family
6. Agent introduction is fine, as long as not charging buyer commision
