I'm assuming she's taking lessons and will stick to them for the next 2 years.

WIll she carry it around to perform?


a reputable brand like casio or yamaha would be good. talk to her teacher to find out more.

For a lower budget, a Ymaha E213 would be the best value. It's quite barebones but quite sturdy. not recommended for taking lessons though.

I would recommend going to Mama Treble Clef studios (3rd floor, endah parade, same side as bowling alley) and asking for recommendations there.
