I have black people staying in my block in our condo and they always party almost every night! They paly very loud music from evening until morning and i find it such a disturbance because we can't sleep! The african girls are also screaming when they're drunk. WE have reported this to the guards and it is not effective at all!!! They will continue the loud music again, our walls are also vibrating due to the loud music. What can we do to complain? I tried calling the police but they said they cannot do anything on this. What kind of police service is that? Aren't they supposed to serve the people?
Now i have changed the way i see these black/african/nigerian people. They are such a nuissance! I don't understand why these people are getting more here in sri petaling. The people from nigeria or africa, i heard that they are studying here.
Please help me on how to handle this because they are all annoying!!!

U have to live up with the blacks. Most of them are in nature, very noisy. Get the management to post the several reminders on the door or asking the owner (if you know) to inform them. Agents are good informer. Police or rela are the best solution.

Teresa Kok is too busy. The management/residents association has to act to curb these problems. As long as rental is good, most owner don't care who they rented out to. Condo are well-managed under developer, once change of management, hell broke out.
