It's Heaven even if u'r not a fan of Fusion Reviewed by AS, 2008-08-18 Fusion Haven (having changed their name, but not anything else) is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited in Klang Valley, not just Sri Petaling. First of all, I'm not a big fan of Fusion food, I usually prefer authentic Asian, or Western food. But ever since I experimented with Fusion Haven, I'd make the exception, perhaps only for Fusion Haven. I applaud the chef, who masters the art of bringing out the best in food, whether using Asian flavouring, or Western, or combined; which is prepared with fresh ingredients. And above all, he cooks with such passion that the food presented on the food is a pleasant artwork in itself. Imagine the kind you get at a 5-star hotel restaurant. The best part is, it's very affordable. Serving size is reasonable. The main courses range from RM10-20 on average. You might get something simple for below RM10, and something more exquisite perhaps above RM20. And there is a wide range on the menu to select from. The dessert is also excellent, I love the chocolate pudding/cake with ice-cream at only less than RM5. Superb value-for-money. And, if it's of importance to anyone, the restaurant is always full house, but the tables are widely space. So you won't have other patrons at the next table peeping over your shoulder to find out what you're eating.
Not recommended Reviewed by Jamie, 2008-06-12 The dessert is really tantalizing but the smell inside the restaurant is unbearable. I can't even eat. I lost all my appetite because of the cockroach smell. It really reeks of dead cockroach. i love their food. i think it's special but they ought to do something about the condition of their restaurant if they want business coming in. |
